MAC ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW CRAZED IMAGINATION BLUSH REVIEW + SWATCH

Hello Lovelies!

I was so ecstatic when MAC announced that they were coming out with a Rocky Horror Picture Show line and I new I had to grab something! I absolutely love this movie, I first saw it when I was 14 or 15 years old and have been obsessed with it ever since, going to numerous showings and plays of it. It is such an amazing movie and musical I definitely suggest if you like 'weird' things that you should watch it. I cannot tell you how many time I have played the soundtrack over and over again, and made poor attempts to sing the songs during some late night karaoke.

This line was very popular and sold out incredibly fast, so I was sad but happy that I at least got the blush! I have been searching for both polishes and the sculpting powder.

The Crazed Imagination blush is very plum in the packaging, when I rubbed my finger in it to swatch it the color showed up great but then when I transferred it over to my wrist to swatch it, it did not transfer over very well. It comes out pretty sheer but you can definitely build it up.

Pictures!

I LOVE THIS PACKAGING!

Even the inside packaging is absolutely adorable!!!

Overall, even though the color doesn't transfer over as well as I would like it too, I still really like the blush and the packaging is to die for.

WHAT'S IN MY BAG - SEPTEMBER 2014

Hello Lovelies!

Today I thought I would break out of doing hauls and do a 'What's in my bag' post instead! I'm always looking at Youtube Videos or blog posts with this tag; it is one of those times I become a bit 'nosy', I don't know why I find it so interesting to see what's in other people's bags!

Well, now it is your turn to be nosy, here is what is in my bag!

The bag I'm carrying is the Steve Madden Stud and Tassel Crossbody in black, if I remember correctly, the retail of this bag is $78.

And the contents I keep inside of the bag:

Harry Potter Wallet, of course this is like the main item in all handbags, since it holds our money and I.D.'s! I removed all my cards from it for the picture but put my Ulta Rewards in the picture slot. Behind the cards slots there is a place that you can put cash/receipts, etc. I use it for storing more of my cards. Then on the right side is two slots for cash/receipts. I love this wallet, I just got it in last week and as soon as I got it I put it to use right away; if you didn't know I have a Harry Potter obsession! This wallet is only $14.80 at Hottopic, if you want to purchase one for yourself, Click Here.

Paper Notebook with Gold Spots. I always have a notebook on me, I use it to keep track of bills, check register, blog posts, orders that are coming, etc. I got it from either Target or Walmart for around $6.  I like this one because the spine is open, so it stays open easily. I wish I would have purchased more of them when I got the first one!

To go along with my notebook, a Pentel Click N Go pen. I originally got this pen in a set with a bunch of different colors thinking that the ink would be the color of the pen, but I was wrong. I am okay with that though, these turned out to be my favorite pen! These are so awesome and write so smoothly, love them!

A hotwheel, pterodactyl toy, and fruit snacks. As a mom I always keep stuff like this on me for when I'm out and about with my son and he needs a little snack or to keep him distracted a bit.

Gum!!! I love gum, I only ever use Spearmint, I'm not into flavors like strawberry or ice cream.

Bath & Body Works products, I always like to carry a perfume with me, you never know when you might need a spritz! The perfume I'm currently carrying around is Bath & Body works Forever Red, this perfume smells so incredibly good! I bought a couple of the travel sized ones and I still need to invest in a full sized one.
Pocket Bac Anti-Bacterial Hand Sanitizer in Caribbean Escape. Anti-Bacterial is always important to carry around!!!

Last but not least, the beauty items I like to carry around with me are:
Benefit's Dandelion Lipgloss
MAC's Venomous Villains lipglass in Strange Potion
Lypsel Chapstick
MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NC15
Benefit BadGal Mascara
Too Faced Perfect Eyes Eyeliner in Black
Smashbox Travel Full Exposure Palette

I hope you enjoyed looking into what is in my bag!!

WHAT'S IN MY Z - PALETTE...

Hi Lovelies!

I had been wanting a Z-palette for quite awhile now so about a month ago I finally bought one and I have to say, I love it! I picked the 4 U Z-Palette ($17), which is bigger than the small palette but smaller than the large, honestly it should just be called a medium palette. I actually regret not getting the pro-palette instead, which is the biggest one, since this one is already filled up a bit and I have more eyeshadows and blushes I want to add. I will definitely be buying more in the near future, they are really handy! I don't like carrying multiple items in different compacts so this was really nice! I was lucky enough when I depotted my Urban Decay Naked2 palette that I didn't have to use my flat iron, although I did end up having to use it for my MAC eyeshadows. (Don't forget to save your compacts from MAC after you depot them so you can return them for a free lipstick!)

My Z-Palette

 Swatches:

From top to bottom:
Benefit CORALista Blush (Deluxe sized sample)
Urban Decay Eyeshadows from Naked2 in
Foxy
Half Baked
Snakebite
Chopper

Cargo Eyeshadow in Ceylon
The two rectangle purples underneath are from a Covergirl Quad that I am pretty sure discontinued. It was the Covergirl Eye Enhancers Eyeshadow Quad in Blossoms 257.
The swatches are eyeshadow is actually horrible now since I have had them for a long time but I keep them in my Z-Palette so that while I am out I can find dupes of them because I really like the colors! If you have any suggestions for dupes let me know =]

These two pink eyeshadows are also from the Covergirl quad and I am looking for dupes of them too =]
Cut off at the very top and not swatched is my Covergirl Fresh Complexion Pocket Powder Foundation in Ivory, I love to use this over my L'oreal True Match Liquid Foundation!
The top eyesahdow is MAC's Romp, which is now sadly discontinued, I love this shadow!
And the last eyeshadow is MAC's Soba!

Do you have a blog post about your Z-Palette? Post a link down below and I will check it out!
